Terms of Service
The service
Hireless sets up and runs an AI phone and text assistant for your business, including call answering, appointment booking, missed-call text-back, quote follow-ups and review requests. We configure it from the information you provide and keep it tuned.
Billing and cancellation
Service is billed monthly in advance. There's no long-term contract. You can cancel any time by email, and service continues through the end of the paid month. Partial months aren't refunded.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your services, hours, prices and rules, and tell us when it changes.
- Keep call forwarding set up and respond to bookings and urgent messages we send you.
- Only have us text people who contacted your business or are your customers.
Limits
The assistant follows the rules you give it, but it is software and can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing bookings and following up with customers. It is not an emergency service. We don't guarantee any number of calls, bookings or revenue.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
